Pick Up

• Please make sure only an authorized pick up person arrives promptly at the conclusion of when the student's class is scheduled to end. If an authorized pick up person is not present to pick up student within 10 minutes after class ends, student will be remitted to the school's after care program. Furthermore, BEAM is not responsible for the supervision of students either before or after the student's regularly scheduled class time.

Release

• In consideration for accepting the above named student in our program, the undersigned parent or guardian herby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BEAM for Kids, LLC and its managers, employees, and independent contractors collectively referred to as "BEAM" against any and all liability claims, judgments, or damages arising from the result of participation in our program, or as a result of any course of instruction given to student by BEAM.
