Payment Information

Each session of BEAM for Kids and BEAM for Kids Interns runs for fourteen weeks and we offer two options for payment.
Payment option #1 – A full upfront payment of $280, which includes the $30 materials fee.
Payment option #2 – An upfront payment of $30 to cover the materials fee, then four monthly installments of $67.50 (on the 10th of each month).
Payment is not collected at time of registration. A BEAM for Kids, LLC representative will contact you regarding payment.

Refund Policies

Please be advised BEAM for Kids, LLC (“BEAM”) has a no refund policy and we will not issue refunds due to any missed classes.
However, in the event of enrollment not meeting the minimum required students, classes may be cancelled. If your class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued and you will be placed on a waiting list for the next session.

Pick Up Policy

Please make sure only an authorized pick up person arrives promptly at the conclusion of when the student’s class is scheduled to end.
If an authorized pick up person is not present to pick up student within 15 minutes after class ends, student will be remitted to the school’s after care program.
Furthermore, BEAM is not responsible for the supervision of students either before or after the student’s regularly scheduled class time.

Release Statements

In consideration for accepting the above named student in our program, the undersigned parent or guardian hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BEAM for Kids, LLC and its managers, employees, and independent contractors collectively referred to as “BEAM” against any and all liability claims, judgments, or damages arising from the result of participation in our program, or as a result of any course of instruction given to student by BEAM.
BEAM reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape programs and in turn students for training, advertising, promotional activities, and any other lawful purposes.
